It’s just that easy to track mileage as it occurs. While you’re in your car, hands-free, or walking through the doors to the Baseball Hall of Fame… in Cooperstown New York. Or later while just chillin somewhere. Say it. Send it. Forget it. Think about something else.
Hey! Did you forget to create a record? Or a bunch? You can use MP to catch up and create mileage records that you never entered or forgot to enter. Like for 2024? or even 2023… We even have a bulk entry feature that lets you create a whole string of entries with a single beSpokn message. We call it “New String…”

Record Historical Mileage
- Just like doing regular Mileage, but with a date tacked on at the end. Your speech-to-text should render “October 17, 2024” just as you see it here. A date like that works just fine. Not rocket science, folks. There’s a reason we call it Pie.
- Create your trips in the order in which they occurred. Mileage records are created one destination at a time.
- Doing historical mileage, you can gather your receipts for the year and your calendar items together, and then go through them in the order in which they occurred. Keeping in mind that your mileage record will need to include the date. Usually, this is pretty good idea of your actual trips and it constitutes a written record.

When you complete a mileage record, we’ll send you an email and here’s a secret. You don’t have to read it. You can proof the record from subject line.
