Retrieve Mileage
What would tracking mileage be if you could not retrieve your records? Pointless.
- You can retrieve your records with “Simon, I’d like to review my mileage.”
- or, “Simon, export my mileage for last year.”
- Reviewing mileage sends a report containing recent records in a form that you can edit.
- Exporting mileage sends your records as a file attachment to the normal email – an excel document called a .csv that you can import into Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. We could tell you how to do that here, but you’ll probably do just as well googling that.

IIf you enter “future” mileage, you will totally screw yourself.
Don’t do it
Mileage reports that you can request and how to ask for them
- Simon, I’d like to export my mileage from last year (this is basically gonna give you the tax supporting document that the IRS requires for mileage deductions, totaled and everything)
- Simon, review my mileage for this month
- Hey Simon. I’d like to review my mileage for the past 90 days
- Simon, export my mileage for this year
